Why this works

Project managers are judged on scope, schedule, budget and people, so most bullets name at least one of the four. “Delivered a $4.2M upgrade two weeks early and 3% under budget” is the whole story in one line.
Each project gets its size up front: budget, team, number of sites or users. Without it, “led a migration” could mean a weekend job or a two-year program, and the reader cannot tell which.
Canadian résumés follow North American conventions: no photo, no date of birth and usually one or two pages on Letter paper. With over ten years of experience Sofia could use two pages, but keeping older roles short holds this one close to a single page.
French is listed with an honest level rather than “fluent”. In Canada, especially for federal or Quebec-facing roles, a clear proficiency level saves a recruiter from guessing and avoids awkward surprises at interview.
